Робърт Джеймс „Боби“ Фишер (на английски: Robert James „Bobby“ Fischer) е бивш световен шампион по шахмат и единственият американски шахматист, спечелил това отличие.
Фишер е роден на 9 март 1943 г. в Чикаго. Става световен шампион на 1 септември 1972 г. и губи титлата си на 3 април 1975 г. след като му е отнета, заради неприемливите условия, които поставя за мача си с Анатолий Карпов.
Той е създадел на нов стил в шаха - Fisherandom шах.
