I used to play the Budapest, it was satisying to win a game against it. I think Black made about three ?! moves, the engine eval deteriorated, but perhaps he was already relying on a blockading strategy. Eventually though I was able to leave my knight en prise on the only outpost on the only open file, and then using queen (yes!) triangulation imposed a sort of zugzwang where he could not merely shuffle his king.
