หมากล้อม หรือ โกะ (ญี่ปุ่น: 囲碁 (いご), โรมะจิ: igo (อิโกะ); จีน: 围棋, พินอิน: Wei Qi (เหวยฉี); อังกฤษ: Go) นั้นเดิม ถือกำเนิดขึ้นในประเทศจีน เมื่อประมาณ 3,000-4,000 ปีมาแล้ว เป็นสิ่งแสดงถึงความเก่าแก่และลึกซึ้งของอารยธรรมจีน ในภาษาจีน เรียกโกะว่า "เหวยฉี" (Wei Qi)
