"they" take those vacations often, just for 24-48 h...
when they don't take those vacations, they just let the clock go close to ZERO and then take vacations for 24-48 h AND then make the move!
Plus: Mach Jiri is part of the "situation".
and I believe Koudela Arthur is part of the situation also.
guess what: in the WCH... Mach Jiri, Pechova Hana and Koudela Arthur are in the SAME group -- playing each other!

In terms of Tournament Rating range:
what can be done... like in IECG/LSS create 2 tiers of tournaments...
the current one where we have 2200-2600
and create another system: 2200 - 2400
2500-2600
(same for all the other categories)

Patches
My own laws of murphy about patches(being a programmer) - from my own experience:
1. A patch will allways replace a bug with more.
2. A patch will make your program taking more space on hdd, and more memory while running.
Effects: Higher probability of operating system to crash, because of lake of resources Therefore the probability of program to crash is direct proportional with the number and the size of patches.

standing suggestion
the thing i try to explain is the follow:
if you are the last player that enter in a tournament, your name in the standing is the last, also if you win or for example arrive third.
Now the question is:
is possible to see the tournament standing with the leader in the first position of the standing, the player who arrived second in the second place of the standing, etc etc?
for example, if you see FICGS__CHESS__CLASS_C__000001, the winner is in the last position of the standing.
Is possible to see this standing with this order?:
Unger 5.5/6
Muller 4.5/6
Holes 4/6
Ghisi 3/6
Baron 2/6
Guralivu 1/6
Rattay 1/6

I agree that the rating in a way. I was proposing that because it like in my country where chess players start with a the third category and continue with II and I and cadidate master after which it's coming the Master title. So that will simulate more the country system...

New Titles!
To make FICGS more atractive and original I propose to make new titles for every category of players: Candidate for Master(FCM) - 2000-2200 First category (FI) - 1800-2000 Secound category (FII) - 1200-1800 Third category (FIII) - 800-1200 Every of this category could be obtain if a player plays more than 12 games in tournaments with tha same ELO. What do you think about it ? P.S.:Don't be mad on me...It's just a proposition.
