Hallo Hannes,
akademische Vorteile sind m.E. im Fernschach praktisch nie auszunutzen, da der Remis-Korridor einfach zu breit ist, ohne Fehler ist da nichts zu machen.
Beim ICCF habe ich in der Vergangenheit einige Male gespielt und habe dort in meinem letzten Turnier auch eine IM-Norm erreicht. Demnächst spiele ich wieder in der Champions League B mit den Chess Rubbers am 2. Brett. Mein aktuelles ICCF-Rating: 2444.
