Hello Zbigniew... Really, I apologize for what just happened. Indeed I said "I offer draw" by playing 29.Rb1 and I forgot to check the draw offer box. It happened to me once already, and to other players too, there was at least one discussion on that issue in the forum...
Sorry that the game turned this way, I did not expect that. At the end I guess that moves & rules prevail but of course I'm not proud :(
