Yes, it's a draw now; 53... Kf7!! was my only move. Regarding 31... Qc8, I am not sure; it seemed to me that without exchanging, White's a-pawn would become a serious threat much earlier (playing 32.a4, soon followed by Ra1), and possibly without a Black defense.
