Es tut gut, die Entwicklungsperiode von, [...] demokratischem Geist durchdringen zu lassen. Wie undemokratisch wäre es doch beispielsweise, den einen Offizier große Spaziertouren vornehmen zu lassen, während die anderen zu Hause säßen und sich entsetzlich langweilten. (Aaron Nimzowitsch)
