1.Nh2 or 1.Qe3.

On Boehme's suggestion 1.Qe3 :1...Qe5! Now since the N is attacked; so either 2.QxQ h6xQ; or 2.Nh2/Be3 QxQ : in all these cases black gets a good attack. But 2.Qh2! h5 3.Nh2 with equal chances.

So either 1.Nh2 (simpler) or 1.Qe3.
