Standorte, um Filme fernzuladen

Guten Tag

möchte ich wissen, wo Sie Ihre Filme auf Internet fernladen, und wenn alles auf diesen Standorten legal ist. Ich sehe, daß viele Standorte oder blogs auf Megaupload untergebrachte Filme vorschlagen, indem sie erklären, daß die Verantwortung den Autoren der Artikel und weder hébergeurs noch ihnen obliegt. Die Autoren der Artikel können niemanden also schließlich bekannt sein ist verantwortlich. Ist es wirklich legal?  Wie wird das Gesetz wann das blog interpretiert durch eine Gesellschaft wie MySpace untergebracht?  MySpace kann verantwortlich ebenfalls sein, denn sie haben diese Seiten veröffentlicht, oder allein die Autoren des blog sind wirklich verantwortlich?  Die Gesetze sind nach Ländern zu diesem Punkt verschieden?

Ich möchte die Stellungnahmen von Personen kennen, die auf diese Rechtsfragen spezialisiert sind, denn alles scheint im Augenblick sehr unscharf.
