Sites to download films

Hello,

I would like to know where you download your films on Internet and if all is legal on these sites. I see that many sites or blogs propose films lodged on Megaupload by explaining why the responsibility is allocated to the authors of the articles and not to the shelterers nor to them. The authors of the articles can be known thus finally nobody is responsible. Is this really legal? How the law is interpreted when the blog is lodged by a company like MySpace? Can MySpace be responsible also because they published these pages or only the authors of the blog are really responsible? Are the laws different according to countries' on this point?

I would like to know the opinions of people specialized in these legal questions because all seems very fuzzy for the moment.
