Arthrose oder discale Bruch?

Guten Tag glaube ich, daß mein gemachter Hund entweder eine Arthrose, oder ein discale Bruch ich nicht wirklich wisse, und offensichtlich der Tierarzt auch nicht weiß. Der arme Hund hat Schwierigkeiten, um sich seit 2 Tagen aufzuheben, und es scheint mir, daß das verschlechtert, man sagen sogar, daß seine Beine beginnen zu schwanken, wenn er versucht zu gehen, und schließlich dreht er in Kreis während einiger Sekunden, bevor er fällt. Man weiß nicht, ob das Problem neurologisch ist, er nehmen Mittel und ein anderes Arzneimittel ab morgen, der Tierarzt ihm machte bereits zwei Stiche, darunter einer mit Kortison.

Wie genau zu wissen, ob ein Hund einen Bruch oder eine Arthrose hat?  Es gibt offensichtliche Zeichen, oder man muß darauf warten, daß sein Stand verschlechtert, um sicher zu sein?
