Thiefware : Seekmo Zango

Hello,

I've recently heard about "Seekmo" or "Zango", it looks like it is a new kind of software that offer you some content like free mp3, it would be called "thiefwares" ! Do you know what it is exactly, the consequences if you have it and how to avoid it or remove it from the computer ?  Are the current antivirus like Avast or AVG efficient against it ?
