Sarkozy prime minister
"... et puis souvent, le problème c'est que lui ne veut pas"
By these words french prime minister François Fillon clearly suggested that president Nicolas Sarkozy makes prime minister's job also, at least when necessary (in front of the camera)... A "France is out of business" effect or is it just Sarkozy effect ?

Par ces mots le premier ministre français François Fillon a clairement suggéré que Nicolas Sarkozy endossait le rôle de premier ministre, au moins si nécessaire (en face de la caméra)... Un effet de "La france est en faillite" ou l'effet Sarkozy ?
