My dog has bumps

Hello, for a few years my bitch has had more and more bumps on the back and I have just noticed new a gross bump on the leg. The size of the bumps is often impressive and that seems to grow bigger with time. There is a few years a veterinary surgeon said that that was without danger but I start to be anxious.

My bitch will be 16 years old this year. You think that all that is normal or that can be a disease?

I must see another veterinary surgeon in your opinion?

my dog has little bumps on his nose. they are only on his nose and no where else. They dont act like they hurt but he wont let you touch them. he is an outside dog and comes inside at night nothing has changed in his enviorment. the season change is the only big change could this have cause it???????????
