How to download files from a server /SSH

Hi, here is my problem:

Right now I can connect to my Linux server only by SSH with Putty and I would like to transfer some files from that server to my computer that is Windows Vista.

I know scp & wget to transfer files from a Linux server to another Linux server but I don't know how to transfer files to my computer with SSH. Does anyone know the correct syntax for scp or anything for this?
