Come recuperare personaggi: Sims 3

Buongiorno, il mio gioco in corso ed i miei personaggi sono stati cancellati nel Sims 3, non so neppure perché sono scomparsi, il gioco ha indicato un messaggio che somigliava a quello: “errore grave in occasione del carico della parte „, e da questo messaggio non riesco a recuperarli, il gioco ha ricominciato all'inizio con una nuova famiglia…

Sapete come fare perché possa trovare i miei personaggi?  Le parti sono in archivi dunque egli occorre trovarlo e sostituire il nuovo archivio?  Sapete dove quest'archivio potrebbe essere stato messo?  Perché c'ha stato questo problema, conoscete la causa?
