Against the odds
ChessPosition (see diagram) Another one of mine, because you all know how much you love the puzzles I make ;) Now I could be wrong in my calculations, but I don't think it's cooked, and I'm fairly sure I have the quickest answer. White to play and selfmate in 16. (also, if anyone complains, I'm aware there's a longer solution if the rook starts on h8, but I didn't want waiting moves.)
