Back to problems Kieran Child (2007-05-24 11:14:32) One from the "me" draw ChessPosition (see diagram) White to play and win in half a move. You can tell it's mine because it's cluttered and still has unnecessary pieces left off as remnants from previous ideas XD
Ilmars Cirulis (2007-05-26 01:52:45) Nice! White must take away black pawn on d5. :) Thibault de Vassal (2007-05-26 04:53:32) ?? What do you mean "White to play and win in half a move" ?? Kieran Child (2007-05-26 16:46:20) Yup. To Thibault, I mean the first half of a move has already been played. EG, you could move either knight one square in a direction, claiming it's already been move slightly from a previous position. You couldn't play B8=N as that would be one complete move. Congrats to Ilmars for getting it correct. Daniel Khayman (2007-06-03 18:45:22) One from the "me" draw cool! so white's last move would have been cxd6ep++ John Gomez (2007-06-30 18:48:06) ?? ?????.....
