59 years old, married, 2 children, industrial engineer, live in Hannover, in the northern part of Germany. Hobby beside correspondence chess is endurance sport like cycling and mountain biking: 'Mens sana in corpore sano'! CC since 1999, IECG-WC-finalist 2004, ICCF-Champions League B at second board with team 'Chess Rubbers'. Motto: "You can't win against a good chess player without going through hell first!"
