When it comes to video games, every new generation is expected to push the expectations of the gamers to the edge, and then off the cliff. When it comes to new video games of the year, it’s obvious that our expectations are seriously high. So, without any further ado, here are the top video games of 2015.
Quantum Break
If you’re a fan of the genre, then Quantum Break has some great potential from what we’ve seen. While the story line is a bit cheesy, but then again, which game story isn’t. In the game, the players are caught in a time travelling experiment gone bad, which then leaves them with unique powers, as in, the ability to manipulate time. One of them turns into the villain (bet you didn’t see that coming), while the others have to stop him. With this game, the creators Remedy Entertainment have actually consulted a theoretical physicist regarding the plot and sequences. And from what we can see, it seems to have worked wonders for the game play.
Grim Fandango Remastered
Ever since this game was released back in 1998 it has gathered quite a fan following. The creators, LucasArts have already taken the point and shoot genre to a whole new level with the Grim series and plans to take it even higher with the upcoming version of the popular video game. The upcoming game is the 90’s remastered version of the Grim Fandango, which fans can enjoy in HD this time around.
Battlefield —Hard line
Battlefield Hardline is FPS and moves slightly away from its genre of warfare. Battlefield is more like a cops and robbers version of Call of Duty, only its way cooler, with graphics that look amazing. The game requires quick movements and reactions if you want to tackle of kill the enemy. And as per the Battlefield franchise, there are a lot of weapons to choose from. For those who are fans of FPS games, you are more than likely to enjoy Battlefield Hardline.
Bloodborne
When it comes to upcoming video games, one of the most anticipated games of 2015 has got to be Bloodborne. The game has been developed by From Software and is published by Sony Entertainment exclusively for the new PS 4 gaming console. If you happen to be one of the chosen few who had some success in playing Dark Souls, you are going to love Bloodborne. But, just one thing, be prepared to die a lot.

With so many upcoming video games being released this year from all the top gaming consoles it’s hard to say which one is going to play second fiddle. According to us, these were the ones to look out for. Other names weren’t included in this list because nobody gives a dang.
