Will Facebook remain free ?

Each year, some of the most successful websites lose million dollars, this is only possible because they are completely free of use while Facebook's team is now about 700 people and the cost of Youtube's bandwidth would reach 1 million dollars a day. No, everything is not free yet to make a website that can welcome several million users, in many cases you need an editorial team, recent servers, engineers, the web is constantly evolving, technologies are improving and it is a war to keep the number one place in every niche.

While the advertising networks cost per click continues to slowly decrease, it becomes harder and harder to make money on the internet by using classical advertisement services like Google Adsense/Adwords, moreover it is very hard to urge your users to click ads while you offer a quality or personal content, as an example the click rate on Facebook is known to be very low, below 1 per 1000.

As a logical consequence, a few viral rumors make the buzz by regularly invading forums all over the world, will Facebook remain free, will Youtube or Wikipedia close and what about the most famous email providers and instant messaging services like MSN, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail and so on ?

The commercial strategy is always the same in the real world : Be the first one, be more visible than your competitors, at any price ! Anyone learn that when working in an important company, you just have to know how to sell and take the money.

In the 90's everything was new and a lot of people made money with the internet. These last years, Google bought tons of successful companies like Youtube, but now closes services. Microsoft offered astronomic amounts of money to try to buy Yahoo to try to rivalize with Google, but anyway Facebook is the new king with more than 150 million users with its incredible micro-blogging platform and could be sold for tens of million dollars, but what is the real value of a company that constantly loses money and does not find a real solution ?

Of course Facebook now could make a lot of money but it wouldn't be totally free anymore and another one would take the place. Many people successfully use Facebook in their work, build applications that can be used in Facebook, this is now a parallel economy like we saw it in "Second Life". Facebook is a great service, available in almost every language and yes, it is free... and losing money. Nowadays you may have to suicide your business to succeed, quite strange.

----------

Marketers need...

Marketers need to understand the opportunities that are ripe on Facebook, and to embrace and extend their network through the site. This site will help marketers to understand more their production.Everybody is fighting the recession in one way or another.  (Except for rich people – but they don't deserve sympathy.)  Part of fighting the recession is handling layoffs, and for some, having to go job hunting.  It's never easy, and learning how to be marketing yourself effectively is a must, but with slim prospects, you have to find out how to come up with some cash in the mean time.  Some have moved back in with their parents, and many find odd jobs to earn a little extra.  Don't give up searching – ever.  You can't give up looking.  It's hard to cope with fighting the recession with no cash advance to back you up, but don't stop the good fight.Read more click http://personalmoneystore.com/Cash-Advance/
