The Connection® Launches Call Center Out

BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The Connection, a U.S.-based, award winning outsourced call center company, has launched the Call Center Outsourcing Blog ( in order to provide an open discussion outlet for the call center industry.  The intent of the Blog is to share and discuss news and current trends in the call center industry.  Topics discussed on the Call Center Outsourcing Blog will range anywhere from the impact of social media to the impact of the healthcare reform on call center outsourcing as well as many other “call center” related topics.
