How to copy hebrew in a page?

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to copy some text in hebrew from an email to a text file?  When I try to copy the text it reverses all the words, I cannot manage to do that. My file is encoded in UTF-8 format and I assume that the email containing the text also.

Does someone have any idea on this?
