How to Get/put PPT on iPad

Question: I just purchased an iPad for the purpose of showing presentations to clients, and I can't figure out how to get the ppt. files onto the iPad. Does anyone know how to do this, or if it's even possible?-From Yahoo!Answers
Do you also encounter such a problem? As we all know, PowerPoint presentations can not directly run on iPhone. iPad, using iPhone OS, is also incompatible with ppt files. However, there is still a way out of no way.

Part 2: Transfer the generate .mp4 file(s) to iPad
Connect PC to your iPad, and transfer the output file(s) to iPad.
