Configuration Neuf Box NAT UPnP

Bonjour,

Voilà j'essaie d'utiliser Shareaza pour faire du peer to peer mais ça rame complètement, le logiciel me dit que je suis derrière un Firewall ou un routeur et que ça m'empêche de recevoir des connexions entrantes donc de partager mes fichiers.

D'après ce que j'ai lu sur divers forums, il faut que je configure ma Neuf Box pour rediriger un port vers un autre dans l'option NAT mais je ne sais pas quoi mettre pour "Nom Protocole / Type / Ports externes / Adresse IP de destination / Ports de destination"

Quelqu'un peut m'aider à configurer cette ***** de Box ?
