On 2007 february 7, 8, 9 during LIFT conference in Geneva, Florence Devouard, president of Wikimedia foundation would have said :
"At this point, Wikipedia has the financial ressources to run its servers for about 3 to 4 months. If we do not find additional funding, it is not impossible that Wikipedia might disappear"
Will a major company buy Wikipedia to save it, what consequences ?
