How does someone transfer e points (money) from their account to someone elses?

That's not possible, sorry :/ .. FICGS cannot be a bank, or make bank transfers...
PS : But it is now possible to make a bank transfer to buy E-Points.

What, ficgs isnt a bank. I cant believe it. I thought this was a bank site and chess was offered an additional extra lol.
